Experienced self-employed Administrator/PA with experience in legal, medical and commercial sectors. A confident and efficient transcriber with fast, accurate typing/audio skills/use of online transcription systems . IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google docs and sheets, and more recently Salesforce. I have always worked at senior management level in whatever particular area I have been employed.

Native English speaker proficient in spelling, grammar and editing, paying attention to detail. Self-starter with good time management, organisation, problem solving and communication skills. I live 50 miles north of London and spent several years working there for international law firms based in the City and West End. I am used to working with people from all over the world with different accents, time zones and backgrounds.

I have been a self-employed VA for just over 2 years, most recently for an international IT company ensuring their databases were kept up to date using Excel spreadsheets and Salesforce applications, in order to assist them with following up their sales leads in a timely manner.

Work Terms

My standard hours of work are 0800 - 2000 GMT, although this can be flexible by prior agreement. Payment for my services should adhere to guidelines as set out by GURU. Communication can be by email or telephone taking into consideration any differences in time zones.
