With a strong foundation in customer service and administrative support, I bring nearly a decade of experience in hospitality, telecommunications, and healthcare-related services. I am known for my friendly, committed, and hardworking nature, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction and organizational reputation.

My career began in hotel reception, where I honed my interpersonal and organizational skills. I later expanded into telecom support at VXI Global Services, assisting AT&T customers with billing and technical concerns. More recently, I’ve provided remote support in healthcare and e-commerce settings, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and securely handling sensitive medical data.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from Samal Island City College and certifications in both The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence and HIPAA compliance. Work Terms
