Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I am available Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
I typically respond to emails within one business day.
For urgent projects of meeting outside these hours, please indicate in your request, and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Payment Terms
For most projects, I require a 50% deposit upfront with the balance due upon completion and prior to final delivery.
Payments are accepted via PayPal, or another mutually agreed-upon method.
For retainer or ongoing work, billing is performed monthly, with invoices due net 15 days from issuance.
All projects will be covered by a format contract outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Preferred Communication Style
Electronic correspondence is the primary communication channel for sharing project details, updates, and revisions.
I'm open to scheduling phone or video calls for brainstorming sessions or more in-depth discussions as needed.
I value clear, concise, and transparent dialogue to ensure expectations are met and the project runs smoothly.
Regular progress updates will be provided, and I encourage clients to share feedback or questions promptly.
I am proficient and fluent in English and Spanish.
Additional Terms
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions; additional charges may incur extra charges.
Client confidentiality is paramount, and all project details will be handled with strict discretion.
In the event of project cancellation after work has begun, the initial deposit in non-refundable.
