I have worked in the Call Center company for almost 7 years and I have handled different accounts. I was able to work with different people from different countries and have also handled different departments which includes Recruitment, Training, and Production. I've had the privilege to be sent and be certified in the United States as a Master Trainer | Master Learning Facilitator. This means that I handled, managed, trained and coached the Training Departments of our companies. I facilitated multiple accounts-specific training and spear-headed the successful launch of our Telecommunications account in Missouri, USA. I was able to train, coach, and develop Managers, Supervisors, Trainers, and Representatives.
I have trained, coached and worked with Americans and I spoke English since I was a child. I am also a part-time English teacher for Japanese students which means that I am very keen to details, may it be proofreading or editing.
Work Terms
I can work 30 - 50 hours a week and can accept payments through Paypal.
