Analyze transmission performance data, create recommendations and present back to executive management. ASON configuration for PDH,ATM network., Alcatel Lucent equipment (ALU7750,DSLAMs). Provisioning, implementation and integration of Internet Over Microwave via IPRAN clusters on the MTN network for Enterprise customers. Implement acceptance test and sign offs with the supporting Fiber, MicroWave and Fixed Network vendors. Implementation of WIMAX network to the Lastmile BTS and End Users. Analyze transmission performance data, create recommendations and present feedback to executive management. Coordinate and implement MDNS, SDH, PDH nodes, VOIP Node, MUX, Microwave Radios, DWDM, DSLAM. Coordinate and manage Contractors vendors such as Bluechip, Huawei, Alcatel, Mobax, CNSSL, Dizengoff, Aviat as relates to implentation of transmission links. Implement all transmission cutovers together with Nsmc coordinators based on plan from IP planning following MTN's cutover procedure for Enterprise Customers. Implement quality checks and documenting reports. Experience with a fixed & data line Telecom operator; Experience in 3G transmission and MDNS planning. Good working Knowledge in the area of Transmission planning and Implementation, Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance. Basic Datacoms Knowledge. Ability to do logical and structured troubleshooting under all conditions.Good Experience in a Pre-WIMAX/WIMAX platform. Integrate network communication architectures, topologies, hardware, and protocols into existing MTN network for Enterprise Solutions clients. Provide 2nd line Support at MDNS customer end on various TX media (Microwave, fiber, copper, Wimax), MUX (DXX), MDF, Cabinets, modem and CPE issues; including VSAT. Perform Implementation and support of network integration of Customer Edge devices to the Pre WIMAX and the imminent WIMAX network. Ensure MDNS work (Planning, Implementation, Operations) is carried out as needed
