Hi! I'm Jumar. I was a customer service agent in a BPO company for 2 years before I decided to work from home. Travelling from home to work is so inconvenient that's why I tried to apply online. My first job as a VA was a Chat support specialist in an e-commerce store that caters to customer's queries and concerns. I also handle the messaging in facebook and gmail. The store did not last long. Then a friend of mine, introduced me in leads generation in facebook and linkedin. It doesn't pay the bills because the work only comes once in a while. Then I searched for a job again and again. Until I found a job that I don't have a background, I applied and got to do the interview. Luckily, I got the position and they only trained me for a week because I learned fast and got the hang of it. I had the opportunity to become QA. Sad to say, after 4 years in the company. The company closed because of financial instability.
