Work Terms:
1) Project Scope & Details:

Before starting any project, we’ll discuss all details, including design preferences, project size, and any specific requirements. I will provide a clear understanding of what’s included in the project scope.

2)Pricing & Payment:

I offer competitive rates based on project complexity. A fixed price or hourly rate will be agreed upon before the work begins. Payments will be made via Guru.com’s secure platform.

Advance Payment: A 20%-50% deposit may be required before starting larger projects to ensure commitment.

3) Revisions & Modifications:

I offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the initial project requirements. Any changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Minor revisions (e.g., color changes, small adjustments) are included. Major revisions (e.g., redesigning a layout) may be charged additionally.

4) Delivery Timeframe:

I’ll provide a clear timeline for project completion based on your requirements. Timely delivery is a priority, and I will keep you updated on progress.

For urgent projects, rush delivery may be available at an additional cost.

5) Communication:

We’ll communicate regularly through Guru’s messaging system or email. I strive for clear, timely responses and will update you throughout the process.

6) Confidentiality & Ownership:

I respect your privacy and will keep all project details confidential. Upon completion of the project and full payment, all rights to the designs will be transferred to you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel a project, please inform me as soon as possible.

Refunds are possible only for work not yet started. For work already completed, partial refunds will be offered based on the progress made.
