Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Saturday. However, I accommodate different time zones and can adjust based on project needs.

Payment Terms:
Payments are processed through Guru secure system.
For larger projects, milestone-based payments are preferred.

Revisions & Deliverables:
I offer multiple revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
Final files are delivered in AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and PDF formats (or as per project requirements).

Preferred Communication:
I prefer communication via Guru messages, but I am open to Zoom or Google Meet for detailed discussions.
I provide regular project updates to keep you informed throughout the process.

Turnaround Time:
Initial concepts are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
Complete branding packages may take 3-4 days depending on project scope.
