Being a graduate of Fine Arts with a Major in Advertising Arts made an amazing influence as I took my journey in the corporate world and even in my side hustles. I was part of a creative team as we take care of our clients' business cards and digital prints for promotional items like point of purchase, diagrams, standees, tarpaulins and other promotional items that’s truly beneficial for the company’s high standards of performance.

Opportunities also opened for me as I also worked on a government institution as a data encoder that compiles all pertinent and relevant documents needed to monitor the progress and full completion of each project. My superiors also entrusted me with responsibilities that include preparation of business presentations and minutes of meetings, daily and monthly reports. As part of our institution’s commitment in corporate social responsibility, I also had a privilege to be part of a speaking engagements and awareness programs in the communities.

It's been over a decade that I’ve been employed to a leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions company which caters excellent customer service and resolute technical assistance to a telecommunications company based from the US. Furthermore, I’ve been also a recipient of several excellence awards and receive recognition and commendations directly from our customers and clients which reflects how I have applied the core values and true commitment of our company’s mission in providing world class service with excellence and competence.
