Kendall Creek is a legal staffing agency committed to providing court reporting agencies, attorneys and companies holding contracts with state and local governments as well as federal agencies, high quality professional transcription companies and transcribers in business for themselves.

The work is limited to those companies and transcribers engaged in legal work and includes depositions, trials and hearings as well as other requests from court reporting agencies, attorneys and other clients.

When clients contact us with a request, we usually send an email around to let contractors know. We then post the available work on Google and contractors may accept or decline. Generally, we post work, turn around time requested and amount client intends to pay for the job.

As a rule, you obtain the work directly from the client website and return the complete work directly to the client. You would then let us know what work was done, when completed, the number of pages and rate.

Our week runs Tuesday through Monday and we pay on Fridays by direct deposit only.

Independent contractors are expected to adhere closely to the requirements of our clients, and to offer the highest quality in terms of completeness and accuracy of information, turnaround time, and adhering special instructions
