I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Application and have 9+ years of testing experience in both Retail and Telecom domain. I have worked on all phases of STLC lifecycle, used HP ALM for test management and performed in the position of onsite coordinator for the offshore team. I have strong experience in testing Oracle RMS, RPM, SQL, web-based applications, mobile applications and POS applications. I worked with clients like Wal-Mart,BestBuy, TESCO & British Telecom

I was involved in Functional Requirement Review and Test Case Review with business users. I have expert knowledge in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios and Test Strategies, Defect Management (HP ALM) to ensure Quality Assurance and to test all the business requirements Experience in developing SQL scripts to validate the tables and application data using backend database testing
