I provide Virtual Assistant and other administrative services

I have 25+ years of work experience including serving twenty years in the U.S. Navy. My background allows me to think about the big picture and not just about my role in a project or job and how my efforts impact my customers. I am a highly motivated self starter only needing basic instructions about a project and minimum supervision to get it completed. Striving to complete projects ahead of deadlines, I maintain my detail oriented approach ensuring high quality results. My oral and written communications are well thought out and typically excellent. I have written one page memos or white papers to 30 page proposals for Government contracts. Additionally, I have prepared and presented power point briefings to high level military and civilian personnel. I have many years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, scheduling meetings, devising meeting agendas, preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items. I try to anticipate any potential problems that may occur and find innovative ways to solve them. I'm an exceptional team player, easy to work with and professional in all of my interactions with customers. Every thing I do is oriented to making my customers' life or business better.

Work Terms

I will work up to 20 hours per week but may be available for more hours periodically. I want to be paid at least biweekly.
