Growing up, I always had a knack for helping others. Whether it was assisting my neighbors with their chores or lending a hand to classmates with their studies, I found joy in making a positive impact on people's lives. This desire to serve others led me to pursue a career in customer service, where I could utilize my skills to provide exceptional support to those in need.

My journey in customer service began at Amazon, where I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and effective communication. I assisted customers with their inquiries, processed returns, and guided them through the ordering process. This experience taught me the value of putting the customer first and the impact that exceptional service can have on customer loyalty.

Eager to expand my skill set, I transitioned into an executive assistant role at Q & Y Car Rental.
