About

A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in De La Salle Lipa with 6 years experience in the customer service industry.

Previously employed by Teletech where I was able to hone my customer service and fraud analysis skills. Then by Citibank where I was able to learn more about bank and credit card services and insurance as well as sales.

Work Terms

I can work 8 hours a week during weekdays and 4 hours during weekends. Preferred time can either be 6 AM to 4 PM or graveyard shift of 11 PM to 8 AM. Preferred rate would be $8/hour for 8 hours.
