Justin Henry is a partner and co-founder of Worthington Media Group. He is a business development and sales leader with over fifteen years of experience managing complex monetization projects for digital media companies, brands and advertising agencies. His media career began in 1998 with the founding of the first-ever 100% digital film festival Slamdunk in association with the Cannes Film Festival, The Sundance Film Festival, Microsoft and Intel. Justin continued evolving with the digital ecosystem and holding senior sales and development roles at Veoh, Adconion (acquired by Singtel), AOL (acquired by Verizon), Verve, and others.
He is fluent in digital advertising operations, programmatic ad technology, financial operations, and team management. He has been leading business development and sales for programmatic ad platforms for over six years. His first position was leading US sales and operations for Eye Return Marketing, the second largest DSP in Canada, and then with AOL as an Enterprise Platform Director for the One by AOL Platform. He has serviced over $30M in ad spend across display, mobile and video campaigns.
