Design and brand developer for businesses looking to take the next step in their branding.
As I quickly approach a decade in graphic & web design, I've discovered a passion and forte in helping brands create a cohesive identity. I take clients through 3 main steps.
1- Identify the target market and what will appeal to that market.
2- Develop a core identity through a logo, color palettes, imagery, and typography.
3- Apply that core identity to all customer facing materials such as signage, websites, marketing materials, packaging, and stationary.
Most recently, my 3 step process was applied to a complete brand overhaul for the grocery chain, Pete's Fresh Market. My focus on a consistent brand message enabled the company to increase brand recognition & loyalty and expand in the Chicago market.
Born and raised in Minnesota, I ventured down to Chicago to attend DePaul University and start my design career. I then took the next 8 years exploring the city, honing my design skills, getting married, raising my Corgi, and traveling the world. Travel has always been an interest of mine that allows me to be inspired by design across the world. My pin drops reach from Russia, across Europe, road trips around the USA, and through the breath-taking National Parks of the west coast. Which leads to my other interests of nature and gardening. After years of balcony gardening & houseplants, I finally had the pleasure of cultivating a small urban yard into an actual garden.
