Work Terms
♦ My working schedule is, usually, flexible. I am always listening my client carefully, and, at the same time, hoping that the client will listen the voice of my experience and artistic vision, trained for years, the same way - carefully and with respect. To me the best client is the one who is ready to accept a simple truth: he knows better his business, I know better mine. And, although, the client is always right, my experience shows: on the long run the real winner in this game is the client who is keeping that saying in mind.
♦ Another rule to follow: I am starting to work on the project only after I got 50% of the total price for a project.
♦ I am offering no more than 3 (three) revisions on an assignment and client have an option to approve as a final concept any of them. My mock ups are always more than just simple sketches; they are very clear and done in a certain style. The client will not have any doubts about where the whole concept is heading and how, with a very little approximation, it'll look like as a result.
♦ When one of the mock ups is approved as a final, a client is required to pay remaining 50% of the total. Right after getting the whole price, I am putting all my experience and skills together to make it happened in the shortest period of time. At the same time I am working in a frame of the rule: quality first. Most of the time, it takes another day before my client got a result he've hoped to get and I am, definitely, proud of.
♦ Payment options: PayPal (please, add 3% to the total price of the project to cover PayPal service).
♦ About our communication. I prefer to communicate via email and usually return messages within an hour or so. Anyway, the client can be assured each and every note will be taking into consideration by me in time.
