After a (very) brief bumpy start, KG was extremely professional, resolved all my concerns, was extremely easy to work with, and did a wonderful job completing this project. I will definitely consider working with KG again when I have additional projects that need to be transcribed.

KG was extremely professional and finished the transcript job ahead of schedule and at a very fair price. I plan to utilize his services again and I would recommend him strongly to anyone who wants a great job done at a great price.
