I have worked in reputable law firms in Turkey. I practice in several areas of law including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, employment, business crime, commercial litigation, and contract law. I provide legal advice to local and international clients including retainer clients in relation to commercial transactions and litigation matters. My litigation and dispute resolution experience includes representing clients in commercial, employment and business crime litigation. I also assist clients regarding establishing companies (joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, branches etc.) and contract law including preparing/revising contracts according to Turkish Law in bilingual version.
