Kahina is characterized by her natural leadership skills and her contagious spirit of excellence, along with her passion for learning, and the pursuit of education as an integral part of her career and life goals. These inherent skills, matched with her background in marketing and business, add to her ability to provide critical, analytical, and result-driven contributions. Kahina is a dedicated role model and visionary; whether it is offering input for events, coordinating projects, building new relationships, mentoring, or teaching. She takes responsibility for every challenge, with poise and determination, and carries them to completion. With her variety of professional experience, she has been able to merge her experience administratively, infusing her background in secondary and postsecondary education, enrollment, data analysis, event planning, and outreach, and has taken advantage of this opportunity to enhance her interpersonal skills and knowledge of the systems of higher education. Kahina received a Masters of Management in Higher Education Administration and plans to pursue management opportunities that focus on student engagement, student success, and diversity initiatives. As a first-generation college student, Kahina has been driven by compassion for others and a desire to create better experiences through education for those like herself. Through her lifestyle, Kahina has learned to make the principles that shape her life an easy road map for those who follow behind her and serves as a challenge to their perception and decision making.
