I am a Kail E. Sambaan, 22, and a graduate of Business Administration Major in Financial Management in Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan.
With regards to my experience, I am currently a bookkeeper of a construction company enrolled in Upwork. I am using Xero as an accounting software. I have also worked as a Content Writer (SEO). I was an Accounting Clerk multi-tasked as Loans Clerk. My work includes but not limited to: journalizing entries and reversals, to process payroll for officers -month-end inventory report, petty cash fund replenishment, bank reconciliation, over-the-counter loans and regular loans processing.
I have attained certification on QuickBooks. I have undergone 3-day short course on: company set up, chart of accounts set up, creation of vendors and customers, invoices and bills processing, writing checks for payments, bank reconciliation, recognition of billable expenses, to generate reports, other work-around processes.
Other than that, I am also into blogging (using wordpress), e-mail marketing and data-entry. I am proficient in using MS Excel and also uses Google Docs.
Most importantly, I give my commitment and best in every projects. Rest assured that I can meet deadlines for a given task. I am willing to learn and open to projects not related to my field.
