Strategy for our work
1. Plan of action (How we would actually go through once we start working with you)
- Understand the vision and complete KT for the product.
- Brainstorm with the client regarding the approaches, finalize the UI/UX, and user stories, and review the product in depth.
- Plan out the work and deliverables timeline with the client.
- Development with iterative cycles of change requests and frequent build releases which helps the client and us to work closely with the product and make sure we don’t move out of the circle.

2. Communication with the client
- We believe communication is crucial for building successful product, therefore we maintain the daily status update and task status into the slack channel or on preferred communication platform.
- It is easy for us and client to quickly fix the issues and confusion, so we prefer quick meetings with client to clear out things on screen live. This eliminates confusion and clear out the blockers quickly as possible.

3. MVP delivery
- Generally clients are looking to make an MVP kind of app that accommodates crucial and almost all features, here we usually discuss with the client regarding same and we set the number of features that are a must for their MVP which can be ready and presentable further to VC or investors.
