? Work out on quantities and sizes of various raw material requirements.
? Preparation for third party test of Raw Materials and consumables by NABAL approved Laboratory in time.
? Making of Cutting Plan for plate cutting by using Smart-2D or Auto-CAD Software.
? Responsible for making STR, QAP, Jigs & Masters, DODL, WPSS, WPQR, WAT, WPDS. and M&C, B&S Inspection by RDSO authorities.
? Checking the layout of Super-structure with nominal & camber, Jigs, Masters, Cutting Edge, Caisson, Module, Barge and Nose Girder.
? Responsible for the repairing of weld defect as per WPSS.
? Selection of consumable items (SAW Wire, Flux, MIG Wire etc.) as per approved drawings. QAP & WPSS.
? Find out the lengths and quantity of Rivets, Drifts and HSFG Bolts for RDSO standard & nonstandard steel girder bridges.
? Involvement in quality improvement program & take care on the Material wastage.
? Take care on proper maintenance of workshop machineries Magnet-Drill, Radial-Drill, PUG, SAW, MIG, Ag-4 & Ag-7 grinding m/c, Hydraulic Jack, Hydraulic Press, DG etc.
? Co-ordinate with fabrication team for fabricating material as per erection schedule.
? Checking of Sand / Copper Slag Blasting, Metalizing and Painting of super structure work.
? Managing erection drawings and planning for Requirement of Steel Structural member accordingly.
? Launching of Trail Assembly of 30.50 M., 24.4 M., 61.0 M. RDSO standard span and 103.5 M. & 123.5 M. non-standard span.
? Experience in Well Foundation Work consists of Well curb, Caission floating work, Bottom Plug, Sand Filling, Top Plug and Well Cap, Pier, Pier Cap and Bearing installation work in order to completion of Sub- work of Bridge and Super structure work consists of structural steel.
? Making of Coffer Dam in river by Using Timber
