Work Terms
1- Payment terms: Payment is required in full before the start of the project, or in milestones as per agreement. Accepted forms of payment include PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfer, or credit card.
2- Revisions: The client is entitled to a maximum of 2 revisions per project. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
3- Deadlines: The client agrees to provide a clear and detailed brief, including all necessary information and resources, prior to the start of the project. The writer will provide a detailed schedule and estimated completion date for the project. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.
4- Intellectual Property: All rights to the completed work will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. The writer agrees not to use the completed work for any other purpose without the client's written consent.
5- Confidentiality: The writer agrees to keep all information provided by the client confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.
6- Changes and Cancellation: Any changes to the project scope or cancellation must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. If the project is cancelled after it has begun, the client will be billed for any work completed up to that point.
7- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be submitted to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration.
