With an academic background in International Relations and Business Administration Mr. Kamal is professionally trained and has an extensive experience of more than 10 years in implementing projects related to Disaster Risk Reduction, Education, girls’ education, public accountability, Local and regional Conflicts, Migration and related issues and right to education. I also have experience in Project Management specifically in the implementation and coordination of project activities along with excellent organising, coordinating and communication skills. Moreover, I also possess considerable experience of data analysis, report writing, communication strategies, and overseeing technical and methodical aspects of programs.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available for work for at least 06 hours from Monday to Friday every week. I also accommodate urgent projects on weekends upon prior agreement.

Payment Terms:

50% payment on agreement of the assignment; 25% upon production of first draft and 25% on completion of the task for tasks under 500$.
For projects over $500, 30% upon initial agreement, 40% upon the first draft, and 30% upon completion.
Secure payments through Guru’s SafePay system.
Revisions are included within the initial scope, additional changes may incur extra charges.
Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer clear and concise communication via Guru’s messaging system. For more detailed discussions, I am available for Zoom or Skype meetings. Regular updates will be provided to ensure the project aligns with your expectations.
