Work Terms

Hours of Operation
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (I’m flexible within this range)
• I strive to respond within 24 hours during business hours.
• Weekends are my personal time, but if something urgent pops up, I’m happy to accommodate with prior notice and a small extra charge.

Payment Terms:
• Rates: I offer competitive pricing based on the project’s scope, and we’ll agree on a fair price before starting.
• Hourly Work: Payment is due upon completion or on a weekly basis.
• Fixed-Price Projects: 50% upfront to get started, and the rest when the work is done.
• Late Payments: There’s a 10% fee if payment is delayed beyond 7 days from the agreed date.
• Payment Methods: I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods we agree on.

Communication:
• I prefer to communicate on guru.com platform, so we can stay in touch easily.
• I’ll get back to you within 6 hours during business hours. If it’s urgent, just let me know, and I’ll prioritize it.
• For larger projects, I’ll keep you updated with progress at least every 2-3 days.

Project Scope & Revisions:
• Clear Guidelines: We’ll discuss everything upfront—timeline, deliverables, and any details, so we’re both on the same page.
• Revisions: You get 2 rounds of revisions included, but if more are needed, I’ll charge a discounted hourly rate.

Cancellation & Refunds:
• If you need to cancel or delay, just let me know 48 hours in advance.
• Refunds: Once a task is completed, I can’t offer a refund, but I’ll make sure you’re happy with the result or offer credit for future projects.

Confidentiality:
• Your privacy is important to me. Everything you share stays between us, and I won’t share any details without your consent.
Working Together:
