I have more than 18 years of development and research experience with international organizations and Government Department in different donor funded projects (CGIAR, USAID, DFID, IFAD, JICA) of Bangladesh. I pursued double Masters with Sociology & Anthropology. I have succeeded scholarship an international course on “Governance for Food Security” from Dutch Government, Netherland Fellowship Program (NFP), Wageningen University, the Netherlands. I have been working as design and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system of different livelihood study, baseline, PDM, Post-Harvest Monitoring, impact study, individual case study etc. analysis and reporting on project results in Bangla and English, developing results frameworks including similar tools for project design, monitoring, result measurement systems and the development of database management systems. Undertake visitations to partner organizations and support staff involved in implementation of field activities, develop livelihood monitoring protocol to facilitate overall project impact assessment based various qualitative and quantitative indicators. Build the capacity of the internal and local partner staffs. Prepared programme reports, donor reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Advance level computer skill with MS Office, Access, SPSS, email & Internet. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with to work independently towards deadlines.
