Work Terms

Availability:

✔️ Regular updates and progress reports will be provided to ensure transparency and alignment.

Payment Terms:
✔️ Payment is expected through Guru's SafePay system.
✔️ For fixed-price projects, a milestone-based payment structure can be arranged.
✔️ Hourly projects will be billed weekly, with detailed timesheets provided.

Project Management:
✔️ I use tools like NavisWorks and Bluebeam for effective project coordination and clash detection.
✔️ All deliverables will be reviewed and approved by the client before final submission.

Revisions:
✔️ I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
✔️ Additional revisions can be discussed and may incur extra charges.

Confidentiality:
✔️ All project details and client information will be kept confidential.
✔️ A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if required.
