I have worked in customer service since 2000. In that 20 year span I've touched the insurance industry, head hunting, cell phones and ride share. All have expanded and diversified my knowledge of customers needs and wants, while developing me as a strong front line leader. I have been lucky enough to sell to customers, retain them, de-escalate, teach them and resolve their issues. All of this was done with care and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
I was laid off due to Covid-19 and made the decision to fully strike out on my own in every way. I see myself giving my skills and knowledge to smaller businesses to do everything I can to see them grow.
Work Terms
I am very flexible with my work hours and have access to laptops, wifi and quiet office space. I follow the payment guidelines that guru provides and we can discuss any other needs upfront.
