Business profile: Leading Finance provider for commercial property refinancing, renovations and origination.

Responsibilities:? Quality resource for the process towards giving the customers error proof information
? Documenting and reviewing Insurance policies for mortgaged property – deficiencies identified in from the policies and Insurance Agent/borrowers is notified of the same.
? Payment of Insurance premium for various Insurance coverage’s on behalf of the borrower/Investor.
? Collecting Escrow collection on behalf of the borrower.
? Escrow Administration – analysis and calculation of the escrow accounts maintained by the borrowers with us.
? Tax Analyst – performing audit on loans for evaluating their current position.

Migrations and Transitions:• Successful transitioning of Fax and Re-indexing process (Customer Services) from GEMSA Loan Services, Texas, Houston. Was on OJT for a month’s time and represented GENPACT onsite.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather documentation from client team contacts and other resources to facilitate revenue review and approval.
• Generating monthly/Quarterly client Invoices and editing of invoice.
• Participating in Monthly Client Team calls.
• Posting of accruals in people soft.
• Validation and attesting of forward and advance bills on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Preparing fee allocation report & sending to client team each month.
• Identify & analyze customer’s requirements by maintaining active & comprehensive conversation. Ensured customer issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved in a timely and professional manner and passed them to correct channels.
