Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation: I am available to work from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). For any urgent matters or deadlines, I am open to discussing flexible hours to accommodate the project's needs. Weekend availability may be possible with prior arrangement.

2. Payment Terms:

For small projects (up to $500): Full payment is required upfront or 50% advance and 50% upon completion.
For medium to large projects: A milestone-based payment structure is preferred. Typically, 30% upfront, 40% after a mid-project review, and 30% upon final project delivery.
Payment methods: I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or any other mutually agreed-upon method. All invoices will be issued with a net 7-day payment window.
3. Revisions & Edits: I offer up to two rounds of revisions free of charge, provided they fall within the original scope of the project. Any additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.

4. Preferred Communication Style: I prefer clear and concise communication to ensure smooth project execution. My preferred channels for communication are:

Email: For official communication, detailed project instructions, and updates.
Slack/WhatsApp/Skype: For quick clarifications and instant messaging.
Zoom/Google Meet: For meetings and discussions about the project requirements, progress updates, and final review sessions.
I am committed to responding within 24 hours on business days. Regular check-ins can be scheduled based on the project timeline to keep the workflow aligned with your goals.

5. Delivery & Deadlines: I take deadlines seriously and strive to deliver work on or before the agreed timeline. Any potential delays will be communicated well in advance. For tight deadlines, I recommend discussing project timelines early to avoid last-minute rushes.
