Work Terms

I'm pretty flexible with my work hours, so we can find times that work well for both of us, no matter where you're located. When it comes to getting paid, I usually ask for half of the payment upfront and the other half when we're done. But if we're looking at a bigger project, we can split the payment into parts that match up with how much of the work is done.
