Work Terms

Terms of Work for Flutter Projects
1. Communication:

I will communicate through Guru's messaging platform, ensuring transparency and availability during agreed working hours.
Regular updates will be provided based on project progress, and we can schedule meetings to discuss milestones or any concerns.
2. Payment:

All payments will be processed through Guru's SafePay system.
Projects will be divided into milestones, and each milestone must be funded in SafePay before work begins on that phase.
Work on the next milestone will only begin after approval and release of the previous milestone's payment.
3. Project Scope & Delivery:

Clear scope and deliverables will be agreed upon before starting the project. Any additional work or changes outside the scope will require separate discussion and may involve additional costs.
The project will be delivered in stages based on sprints (short cycles of development), and feedback will be incorporated after each sprint to ensure alignment with your requirements.
All deliverables, including the source code and documentation, will be handed over upon completion of the project and full payment.
4. Milestones and Sprints:

The project will be broken down into sprints, each focused on delivering a specific feature or set of functionalities.
After each sprint, we will review the progress and refine the next steps based on feedback.
This approach ensures flexibility and allows for gradual improvements based on real-time feedback.
5. Ownership and Handover:

Full ownership of the source code and any related materials will be transferred to the client after receiving the final payment.
I will provide all necessary documentation and ensure the project is ready for deployment or further development.
6. Support and Maintenance:

I offer [30 days] of free bug fixes after project delivery. During this time, any issues related to the initial scope of work will be resolved without additional cost.
