Hello!
I am currently looking to work from home. I have a background in Primary/ Elementary Education as well as in the tourism industry. While being in the tourism industry I performed the following tasks, among others, while working for a small resort:
• Assist with client’s questions or complaints
• Answer all questions pertaining to reservations, create and sell packages
• Keep and maintain up to date records of charges pertaining to customers, travel agents and booking engines.
• Assist with marketing strategies
• Create financial reports from bookings
I am a quick learner and enjoy learning new tasks and skills as often as I can. I have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and can use Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiently as well as Photoshop. I type at 55 wmp and know my way around the computer very well. I speak and write in English and Spanish at an advanced level.
