I make words sing
I wrote my first play in fourth grade and realized writing came with all sorts of perks, such as getting to pick the cutest boy in class to be the lead so we could spend time together.
There aren't many things in life that we humans know without a doubt we can do extraordinarily well, but that's me and writing. While I may not love to write about everything, I can. I was once the associate editor of a trade publication called
Appliance Design, where I had to write on topics that not only did I not comprehend, but that I also had to write to the level of an engineer. To do that successfully, I had to learn the material well enough that I could write it like an expert. That doesn't just take skill, it also takes determination.
One of the things I love to write most is a headline. As editor of two magazines, I got the pleasure of writing them all the time, and I still get to do it as a journalist, when I create ad campaigns, even writing copy for websites. There are all sorts of opportunities for attention-grabbing headlines.

I'm pretty darn flexible about communication. I'm quick to respond, and I'm always going to ask you questions rather than assume. I try to keep my weekends to myself, but I also understand important deadlines and will make myself available for them.
