I am a customer service manager who can help your business grow in providing excellent customer service.

I’ve been with customer service industry for seven years. I started as a customer Support Representative and was promoted as a Team Manager for an American Account. I handled a team of 30 agents and two team leaders.

I decided to work as a freelancer four years ago. I wanted to be able to fulfill my career while supervising the growth of my son. In the last four years, the following are the positions I handled:
