Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Our standard operating hours are from 9.am to 5.pm East Africa Time zone(GMT+3) , on Monday to Saturday. During this period, our team is fully operational and available to address your needs promptly.

Payment Terms:
Payment terms for our services are after every 2 weeks preferably on Tuesdays.However this is subject to change depending on the client's preference.

Preferred Communication Style:
Effective communication is crucial for a successful collaboration. We prefer communication through emails,whatsapp or calls.

Project Timeline and Milestones:
A detailed project timeline, including key milestones, will be provided upon agreement. We are committed to adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and milestones. Any adjustments to the timeline will be communicated promptly, and efforts will be made to minimize any potential impact on the overall project completion.

Feedback and Revisions:
