I've done quite a bit of Testing for a mobile game publishing company, and have skills specifically for Quality Assurance, although I am far from being an expert at it. I make sure every feature of the title is tested and that any potential issue is discovered and fixed before the title goes live. I also write a detailed Test Report and provides feedback for improvement.
I also know how to work with Zendesk, as a Customer Service Representative, I've handled a lot of email support relating to billing/payment issues, chargebacks and fraudulent cases. I respond in a timely and professional manner to all requests for information. I can perform account investigations and identifies fraudulent accounts.
I am a Team player because I can relate to others well, have a professional demeanor, and understand what it takes to get the job done. I am flexible in working independently or on a team, as needed by the task at hand.
I'm a fast learner, and will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible, I want a long-term, stable job.
