I am a mother of 2 kids. I used to work as a customer service representative handling order entry and customer care. Then, due to relocation, I was temporarily assigned as a receptionist handling calls and bookings, more of an admin assistant. Then eventually helped with the training and recruiting for new hires. And since my previous job was far from where my family is, I tried my luck in my hometown. It was then when I worked with one of the Leading Fastfood Chain in the Philippines as a manager. First 3 years as a manager, I was handling marketing and sales. And during the 4th year, My key responsibility Area Focused on Quality Service. Eventually, as the team expanded, I handled Production Control and Product Quality. Over the years, I have learned to work with different personalities and was able to overcome different challenges and handled different types of customers. I can say that I have what it takes to understand and listen to customer's need and be able to provide a solution to different issues. I believe in attitude over skills.
Work Terms
I prefer to work at home with flexible hours. I am open to any payment arrangement as long as the terms and conditions are provided. Weekly pay-out is more preferred so I may be able to handle my finances but still, that can be arranged to twice a month pay-out.
