Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Co-ordination role
- Understand detail business requirements, identifying, evaluating and short listing suppliers in the areas of Learning and development team
- Co-ordinate with Suppliers and Employees to ensure smooth performance of training services
- Strong Interaction with Sourcing Team to ensure Supplier provides services as per company policies
- Co-ordinate with Accounts Payable team to ensure on time and accurate payments to Suppliers
- Ensure requirements are met and Suppliers capability is improved to meet future requirements
LMS Admin & Reporting role
· Event Management – Ensure all training events are created and registrations, completions are updated on time to ensure accurate reporting
· Training Budget Report - Monthly report to Finance team providing insight of training related expenses allocated, accrued and spent by all Business Units in Bangalore campus
· Global Reporting - Manage reporting calendar, including running, modifying and issuing standard risk and compliance training reports.
· Continuous Improvement - Identify and Implement improved data capture and reporting, avoid overlapping reports, and create a comprehensive reports
· Reporting Tools – MS Excel, MS Access
· Gather information from Human Resource Department and perform data analysis, Review Standard Reports, Dashboard Management
