Data Entry or Transcription in English
Planning for Purchase, Packing and Dispatch Planning.
o Good Experience and Knowledge in handling labour.
o Coordinate with all vendors for material negotiation.
o Managing Vendor, Procurement, Repair and Follow up for Work execution and Completion Process.
o Effective man power Planning work allocation and regular monitoring till it completes
o Effective data of AMC time period for critical equipment’s and coordinating with vendor for regular AMC checkups.
o Vendor payment follow ups.
o Responsible in Stock handling and entering in tally and preparing Invoice for Dispatching the Material.
o Working on Multitasks.
o Coordinating with the Accounts department and helping them in verifying bills.
o Coordinate with Logistics to ensure the material reaches the distributors on time.
o Responsible for Invoice validation and Issue, for materials received and dispatched.
