Work Terms

Scope of Work:

Designing visually appealing and engaging slide decks.
Creating custom presentation templates.
Crafting impactful visuals, graphics, and charts.
Providing consultation on presentation strategy and storytelling.
Pricing and Payment:

Hourly rate: $20 per hour OR Project-based fee: $10 for one slide

Timeline and Deadlines:

Project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
Deadlines for each milestone and deliverable will be provided.
Any delay in providing required materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.

Revisions and Feedback:

1 round of revisions are included in the package/fee.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional charges.
Clear and consolidated feedback should be provided within 3 business days.

Communication:

Communication will primarily be conducted via the platform.
Response time for emails and messages: 1 business day

Project updates and progress reports will be provided at agreed intervals.
Ownership and Usage Rights:

The client will have full ownership and usage rights of the final presentation design.
The designer retains the right to display the work in their portfolio or for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality:

The designer agrees to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information.
Non-disclosure agreements can be discussed and signed if necessary.

Termination or Cancellation:

Either party can terminate the project with 1 days written notice.
In case of termination or cancellation, the client will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.
