I specialize in Operations and Project Management

I have been successfully freelancing for close to five years however, I have 20 years of professional operations, administration and advanced project management experience. My strategies have been massively effective in both the brick and mortar and online environments so I am well qualified and prepared to deliver value based, efficient solutions utilizing current technology.

In my initial contract I was hired on as an Account Manager role. I engaged in client facing projects and was enjoying that opportunity a great deal when the same client offered me their open Director of Operations position.

Leveraging my existing skills, I gladly accepted. In that capacity I was tasked with updating the organizational infrastructure based on the company's growth goals. Working closely with senior management, I created a plan and submitted it to the CEO. Upon approval, I created the processes, supporting documents/training and a simple CRM on Google Drive for easy access and storage.

I successfully completed the project 3 weeks in advance of schedule, much to the satisfaction of my client. The process changes reduced need for face to face meetings related to training and progress updates which resulted in a minimum 3 hour time savings per week across management and the impacted employees.

A quick review of my history will support the fact that advancement in role and responsibility has been a consistent experience throughout my work career. I believe that is in large part to my daily goals which are understanding the needs of my clients, excellent service execution, customer/client satisfaction and brand growth for the products or services I promote.

Should we get the opportunity to work together, I will apply the same strategy I have been using for the last two decades as it has allowed me to serve consistent with the service I expect to receive.

Kasey is phenomenal! She has been irreplaceable asset to my team. She has been working operations and HR role in my business for the last year. the only reason we are ending this contract is because I need someone in-house (local). Kasey only delivers superior work and pays attention to every detail (even the ones I may have missed).
We will still be contracting Kasey for a few hours every week.
