Work Terms

Hours of Operation
12/7. We understand that emergencies can happen outside of regular hours, so we also offer limited support on weekends by appointment.

Payment Terms
I require a retainer fee for ongoing maintenance services, with payment due at the beginning of each month. For project-based work, we typically request a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept payments via bank transfer and popular online payment platforms.

I aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days, ensuring you’re always updated on your project’s progress.
