My Journey — Code, Curiosity & Creating Impactful Solutions

Hi, I’m Kashmira — a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in turning ideas into impactful digital solutions. My journey into tech started with a simple curiosity about how things work behind the scenes. That curiosity quickly transformed into a deep passion for building software that solves real-world problems.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse organizations — from startups to fast-paced tech teams — where I contributed to developing robust backend systems using Java (Spring Boot), Python (Flask), and scalable frontends with React.js. Whether it was building REST APIs to power dashboards, optimizing backend performance, or developing data pipelines — I’ve always been driven by a desire to deliver clean, efficient, and reliable code.

One of the most fulfilling parts of my journey has been mentoring peers, conducting code reviews, and helping teams improve their solutions — because I believe great software isn’t just written, it’s thoughtfully crafted and collaboratively built.

But beyond code, what defines me is my love for continuous learning. I’m deeply passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and I’m always exploring how these technologies can reshape the way we live and work. Outside of work, I find joy in yoga, meditation, and staying connected to nature — practices that keep me centered and focused, even during the most intense project deadlines. I offer flexible working hours and can adapt to client time zones as needed. My standard availability is 40-60 hours per week, with the ability to scale up for time-sensitive projects. I’m open to both short-term and long-term collaborations.

💳 Payment Terms:

Preferred payment structure: Milestone-based or hourly, as per project scope and agreement.
For fixed-price projects, milestones will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon before project initiation.
Timely payments are appreciated upon milestone delivery and approval.
