- fluent with Stored Material billing requirements
- Partial/Final Waiver Preparation, Requests & Verification
- Sworn Statements
- Liens - mechanic lien law & process
- Affidavits, Contracts (Lump Sum, GMP etc), Change Orders
- Construction Compliance, COI's
- comfortable with Title Companies and related required documentation
