Executive/Virtual Assistant with 10+ years experience assisting at CEO/MD level
My name is Kate Uffindell and I am a remote executive/personal assistant.
I was born in Wellington, grew up in Hong Kong, and then moved to complete my studies in Sydney, Australia. I hold a bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Business Management which I gained at William Blue College.
I began my career in Sydney and over the past ten years have been employed primarily as an Executive Assistant. I have a strong background in supporting at an executive level (CEO, MD/GM, Founder), as well as event management, marketing and general administrative duties, across the property, finance and construction industries.
I have significant experience directly supporting company directors and CEOs on a 1:1 level. My broad remit exposed me to client-facing roles, requiring the management and training of account executives, maintaining external relationships and assisting teams with project-based work such as preparing submissions, reports and tenders.
Throughout my working career, I have been regarded as hard-working, trustworthy and loyal. I believe I can make a valuable contribution to any business or individual, and I am currently seeking an opportunity where I can immerse myself into a role to leverage my skills and prior experience.
I have travelled widely and enjoy learning and experiencing foreign cultures.
