I have over 8 years of experience in customer service and quality assurance, with a diverse background spanning the hospitality and BPO industries. My career began in the hospitality sector, where I spent 4 years in various roles such as guest service, spa receptionist, and hotel receptionist. This experience allowed me to interact with clients from different cultures and positions, which shaped my strong customer service skills.
After transitioning into the BPO industry, I worked for another 4 years, initially in customer service for a telecommunications company, followed by support for a prescription eyewear project, and back-office tasks involving prescription data. Most recently, I worked as a customer service representative for a finance-related project offering rental loan services, where I advanced to a Quality Analyst role.
I am passionate about providing excellent service, paying close attention to detail, and valuing both my time and others'. I believe honesty, punctuality, and quality are essential in every service interaction. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching movies and series, listening to music, connecting with nature, and exploring new places, especially rural areas, rivers, beaches, and mountains. I find peace in tranquility and embrace the opportunity to discover new environments.
Work Terms
I am available to work during night hours starting from 8:00 PM EST and throughout weekends. My preferred method of communication is written, which allows for efficient and clear interactions. Payment terms can be discussed and tailored to the specific needs of the project.
