My background includes serving as a Customer Service Representative within Business Process Outsourcing companies. I have worked with Telus International Philippines, where my abilities included handling customer queries for Dell computer’s parts, upgrades and accessories.
Moreover, I also worked with two high-volume customer support call center for a major telecommunication application software (Skype) and an internet-based retailer (Amazon).
In these jobs, I learned to be humble and ask questions, to make right my mistakes and move forward. I do my best in all the tasks I am given. Showed loyalty, perseverance, optimism and passion for growth in companies that I worked with.
