Just like what I've mentioned, I've been in the bpo industry for almost a decade. I have been challenged with tough customers which resulted in my eagerness to learn on how to make them happy. For me, as a frontliner, it is a challenging role. We have to make sure that the world class customer service is given no matter what thw situation is. I can definitely work on a timely manner and I am fond of healthy competitions.
